About Me

A few years ago, everything seemed to hit at once. I lost my mum to breast cancer. My husband fell seriously ill, and overnight I became the sole provider. Then both of my teenagers began facing mental health challenges—and just when I thought I couldn’t carry any more, perimenopause arrived.

I didn’t recognize myself.

The exhaustion, the brain fog, the depression, the sudden waves of anxiety… I stopped looking in the mirror. My confidence evaporated. I began doubting everything about myself. And when I went to the doctor, I left with no real answers.

I read a few books, but they only gave the basics—nothing about how deeply menopause can impact your emotions, relationships, energy, identity, and sense of self.

No one was talking about this incredibly important season of a woman’s life.

You are not broken.

You’re simply standing at that uncomfortable crossroads where you get to choose—stay stuck in the old patterns, or release what no longer serves you and rise into the woman you’re becoming.

My favorite symbol—the one I claim as my spirit animal—is the blue butterfly. Blue represents hope. The butterfly represents transformation and freedom.

That’s the essence of my work: helping women find hope and expand into freedom.
